4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If a user accidentally pays twice for the same course.
Technical Error: Failed transactions or system errors resulting in incorrect billing.
Course Cancellation: If SSN CLASSES cancels a course before commencement or during availability, the user will receive a full refund.
Note: Fees paid for courses accessed, partially consumed, or completed are non-refundable.
